Stephanie Shellman,
Founder and CEO
Stephanie has a liberal arts degree from Wellesley College and a Masters in Finance from the Universidad de Montevideo. She hold three professional certifications: CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst), CAIA® (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) and FRM® (Financial Risk Manager). She teaches Financial Planning at the University of Montevideo and is a founding member of the Chamber of Investment Advisors and Portfolio Managers of Uruguay and the CFA Society of Uruguay. She is author of the book Mi Dinero, Mi Problema (2019), and “mother” of the Mi Dinero Mi Problema movement which works to make the financial industry more just, transparent and human.
Rajiv Shah,
Chief Compliance Officer
Rajiv holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from State University of New York and an MBA from University of North Florida. He has over 20 years experience in the financial industry.
Rajiv is founder and Managing Director of RKS Consulting Services LLC. and offers independent consulting services primarily to small and medium size brokerage firms and investment advisers. Prior to establishing his consulting firm, he worked in various compliance and senior manager roles at Deutsche Bank, Kovack Securities, TD Ameritrade and Waddell & Reed.
Agustín Etcheverry
Operations and trading
Agustín is completing his last semester in a Business Administration undergraduate degree from the Universidad de Montevideo. He has 3 years of operations experience in our affiliate company, Shellman Wealth in Montevideo, Uruguay. Agustín has recently relocated to Miami where he is responsible for operations and trading.
